Arctic™ Cooling Dog Mat

DO NOT ORDER!!! They claim they are a ‘proud British family run company’ then on another advert they state they are a ‘proud American family run company’ so which is it? Then my order took weeks to arrive, and the cooling mats are not great! Also states ‘money back’ after 30 days if not satisfied….. but thats only if you have not used it, how are you supposed to know what its like if you cant try it? Oh, and you are responsible for the return fees to wherever they have shipped them from in China probably!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I am reporting to Trading Standards and to all platforms advertising these for The Dog Hub Co and will be using my own animal rescue platform and contacts to make everyone aware

Mat is cool to the touch. Disappointed in the size and weight of the mat. I ordered an XL based off of size recommended for my dog, however it is small. Sizing definitely needs to be bigger. I think it needs to have a heavier weight to it. It doesnt stay in place and bunches up when my dog tries to get settled to lay on it.

I like everuthing anout this product, except for the kength of yime it took for delivery. Ordered July 8, delivered July 24. It eas shipped from China, spent anout 2-1/2 weeks there, then EVRI delivery in UK. Now it’s here, took a couple days fir my fog to accept it, but now he loves it!
