Arctic™ Cooling Dog Mat

Very disappointed, i bought a large and would say its a medium, the actual bag it came in was bigger than the mat.... feel a little cheated, its not very heavy and moves about the floor. Wish i had seen the reviews before buying. Ordered on the 29th july and it arrived on 11th aug, so it takes a while to arrive, from reading the other comments i wont be sending this backasit will be at my cost. I feel a little cheated at the cost of it for what it is. Think i could have made one cheaper than i paid for this.

Wrong colour delivered. I GOT GREY NOT beige. Long delay in arriving, very thin blanket. Struggle to keep it on my kitchen floor as it has no grip so slides about and bunches up. Dogs do like lying on it as it is cool but already one of my dogs chewed lable on side and took off edging. Very expensive for what it is even with a buy one get one free .

My dog seems to be reasonably happy with the product. He does sit on it. As I have a minature poodle, I ordered a medium - I wish I had ordered a large or xl. I was very disappointed with the length of time it took for delivery. I waited over 3 weeks and trying to track my order was not easy as updates were very few and far between!
