The Canvas Car Seat

First up, I hardly ever write a review. Only if a product is really good or really bad - so here we go! My dog was unhappy in the backseat on long car trips. So I purchased a travel dog bed from a UK dog car bed company that is very prevalent on Instagram etc. I waited and waited for the bed to arrive but it showed no sign of coming in time for an upcoming long car trip. So I ordered from another online company. It quickly became apparent that one would be shipping from China so it wouldn’t arrive in time either. In desperation I found By Teddy. They delivered within a couple of days - a great relief! I should say my dog is not a bed kinda guy. He goes in his crate and he sits on the sofa. But he’s rarely shown any interest in the various ‘house’ beds I got for him. As soon as the By Teddy bed was out of the box, he jumped right in it. It was really odd. He just loved it. I had originally planned to just keep it in the car full time but he likes it so much we have to take it in and out so he can sleep in it at night. We did a long car journey of 12hrs+ and he was perfectly happy in his bed the whole time. No grumbles, no whines, no nervously moving around. Thanks so much to the By Teddy crew! I should say the other bed from the rival uk company arrived a few days later - I bought it cos it was an XL size but my dog showed no interest in it. The material on it felt really synthetic and I wouldn’t have felt comfortable putting my dog on it during a summer car journey. Conversely, the By Teddy bed is a really natural fabric and just has a much better feel to it overall. 100% recommended! Thanks guys.

I bought this for my two dachsunds to use on long car rides to see Grandma. It is beautiful and functional. They love the comfort and it is hard to get them out of it! The pockets are great and the ability to use it multiple ways really cemented my decision to buy it. I am extremely happy with my choice.
