I have to give this item 1 star due to the fact it arrived broken. Looked like a fork lift must have hit it. The base was bent and in miltiple places almost to the point it was sharp. Couldn't open any doors and impossible to put up due to the damage. The metal felt solid so could potentially be good but I don't trust my German shepherd wouldn't bend the metal of a replacement after seeing the damage. Likely best for smaller weaker dogs or dogs that will not try to escape. Customer service were lovely and understanding. Sent someone to pick up next working day. Unfortunately due to arriving Friday the quickest they could replace was Tuesday and we needed the crate Sunday so refunded and went with another company.

Seems quite big for a puppy but hes sure to grow in to it - he likes the spaciousness however and sleeps really well in it. Really well made, and easy to put together -mibd your fingers though as you can get them nipped. Once up ( less than a minute) its very robust. May not be the cheapest on the market but i reckon it will last longer than cheaper items. And your dog deserves the best. Well, our does! 😁
