Decent
Works as described, attached easily. However if u have a case with a pop socket it won't fit. U have to remove the case or pop socket first. But all in all its good

Great 10 minute workout
I'm 60 years old with achy knees. I wanted this machine primarily to: 1. take the pressure off my knees (if it still hurts you need to refer back to the video on how to align your body properly), and: 2.Enables me to to a 10 minute HIIT workout that activates the biggest muscle in the body - the glutes. It works as promised and you will feel it. It isn't "easy" the way it looks on the videos. You have to work at it like any other exercise. You do acclimate to it rather quickly. For anyone looking for a quick solid workout I would recommend it.

great addition
The dream mount makes it easy to make my phone accessible to either follow a video or set a timer to go along with my own routine while I listen to my Ipod. I use it with my twice a day workouts!
