Just what I needed!

This is the perfect machine for me! 5 knee surgeries (both) and a major back surgery limit my leg work. This machine adds the missing part. This winter should be much easier shoveling snow and carrying 40-pound bags of heating pellets around. I already have a weight vest and bands. Soon I will start incorporating those into my workouts. I highly recommend the DB Method squat machine to any adult, but especially to those who are aging or sedentary. If you work in an office this can be folded and put away. Then use it to break the dull office routine and get a DB while at work! Stronger glutes and stronger legs help take the stress off of your lower back. This machine will help you get stronger glutes and legs- if you are lacking in those areas.

Nice easy machine

Coming back from too many injuries to mention and I'm loving my machine. It really makes it safe and easy to do squats without worrying about injury. I just wish I had access to their workouts without purchasing a plan.
