Elixir of Antwerp - Great Kit

Great kit for 5 gallons of smooth, tasty, easy drinking belgian beer, but it's more of a brown ale in color than pale ale. Just a touch of spice flavor, signature of belgians, and appeals to a wide range of tastes, and has very moderate ABV. I've brought it to gatherings, and it's a definite hit.

Great kit for a classic Belgian beer!

Excellent base recipe kit for a Belgian Pale. I’d brew it again and would consider using this as a start to experiment ways to make the style more unique. Hard to stray too far from keeping it as-is. Really does it he job for an easy drinking, Belgian flavor. Gets better the longer it sits. Week 4 in the keg it has really changed a lot since the initial tapping. Can’t wait to see what a few more brings, if it lasts that long.
