Creepy Cellar Hefeweizen

This was my first 100% solo brew on a Bewzilla Gen 3.1 that was given to me. So learning was understatement. I brewed it in the creepy cellar of our new home that was built in 1865. The recipe and steps were really easy to follow! My beer turned out fantastic! I shared it with some folks at the local brewery including the owners. They loved it! I will be brewing it again and adding strawberries to the recipe!
