Not sure what happened

It could be me but this is the only batch I've ever made that I had to dump. I think I should have used two packets of yeast. It came out sweet and was tough to carb up like it didn't ferment all the way after 18 days and with no gravity change for a couple days. I put the specs in my brewing app afterwards and it calls for 2 packets of yeast or I could have rehydrated the single packet to reach the cells needed for the batch. Or it could be something I did.

Antwerp Belgian Pale Ale

The recipe is good although it didn't impress. I'm still hopeful it will mature in a few weeks. I was not able to maintain strict temperature control of the fermentation so that might be why it's not great.
