Oysters were a good size, cleaned up very well and all arrived fresh.

Fantastic flavor, difficult to shuck
The Rock Hole oysters were fresh and delicious with a very mild and pleasant vegetative taste and mild salinity. The only reason we didn't rate them five stars were that they were extremely difficult to shuck (however none of them broke in half even with the amount of force required to open them, so that was a win).
