I sent these Fresh Morels to a couple that are 97 & 98 and celebrating their 77th wedding anniversary! They received them yesterday and I spoke to them today and they were so disappointed. I was told that they were dry and all crumbled. I would expect some kind of refund!

Very poor condition. Whatever cooling process you included broke open and saturated the mushrooms. Product produced mold within 5 days after receiving and more than half were unusable.
