Box Crab - Southern California

Arrived fresh and lively, even in the Oklahoma heat:) A slow boil In some old bay seasoning and we re- stuffed them before heading to the pool for a great summertime picnic!!! Best thing I have ate this year❤️ Rick B - Oklahoma City

Never tried box crab. First time trying it. We got two of them. They both were live when we received them. They tasted just okay. Main issue for us was they were not so meaty. The body part was kind of empty. Probably would not buy this again. For $150 including shipping cost for two crabs, don’t feel it’s worth it. Would rather order Dungeness or other shell fish.

Box crabs were good. I may have overcooked them because there was not alot of meat. The meat was really t good and very sweet.
