Helpful Support Before Meals

I started using Histamine Manager because I react badly to foods like wine, cheese, and anything fermented. Taking one tablet about 15 minutes before eating has definitely made certain meals more manageable. I like that the tablets are small, easy to swallow, and come in blister packs, which makes them convenient to carry around. That said, it hasn’t been a miracle fix. Some meals I notice a big difference, and other times I’m not sure it does much at all. It’s also on the pricey side, so I’m still deciding whether it’s worth keeping as a long-term solution. But for now, it’s been a useful tool to have when I don’t want to stress about every bite I take.

these enzymes are a welcomed addition to my battle with Histamines and the allergies in which go with them ,I wouldn't take these and start eating High histamine foods and drink alcohol but we do go out and eat occasionally or just get a craving .Nor would I go into environments that cause your symtoms so it's a step in the rite direction I'm hoping that these and s a sensible diet will eliminate taking antihistamines .give them a try everyone is unique and these are well priced compared to other options with similar ingredients .
