Another great pick
I like all the shapes. I'm partial to the ones without holes. That's mostly due to my particular pick grip. After years of searching, trying and experimenting(not to mention paying. . . a lot) these are my "go to" picks. Guitar picks are an underrated part of the signal chain and they make a big difference tonally. . . a lot like a woodwind player's reed or a brass player's mouthpice. These HM picks really make a positive difference. . . .

Great grip and improved attack
I have issues dropping picks in my older age and the thickness of these picks make dropping alot less. I also noticed a significant pick attack and better string tone.

Fat jazz- smooth with attack
Turned to Howling Monkey after seeing an ad and Icould no longer get my long time pick. Was attracted to the rounded tip and grip of the fat Jazz. It does in fact play very smoothly through alternate and sweep picking with a nice attack you can hear. I would only wish the grip was a bit rougher believe it or not. It is more than the standard jazz 3 but I've even super glued low grit sandpaper on picks.
