Very meaty ! Great for a quick evening meal . I did a simple marinade with pineapple juice and low sodium soy sauce . Served with veggies in my crisper over rice noodles !

Tender! Sorry, but when I got the email for a picture, it was too late! I sautéed onions, butter, mushrooms, with wine and coconut aminos, real salt, pepper, and paprika. Mmmm!
