Issue may be more the manufacturer than vendor

As the comments on the Cube setup video mention no idea how this is done alone. What’s more, fixing the issues I had. The pads I bought with the order barely stick, not sure why they are sterile with the amount of handling on the sterile surface just to get them to kind of stay in the right place. The biggest issue was one of the circulating hoses was loose under the insulation so after turning it on cold water drained all over my backside and bandage and furniture. No way I could have fixed this alone. We needed to cut some of the insulation to be able to get at the tubing to try and connect it even a little bit. It’s far from perfect now but would appear one length of tubing is about an inch shorter than the other.

Works great. Quality product. If you are debating on the regular size or the XL, go with the XL.
