Quality far exceeded my expectations. A well-made piece of equipment, that I'll be using for the next several weeks. The small shoulder pad was recommended for my size but I think a regular pad might have been little easier for me to fit and secure. To avoid all the ice cautions, use frozen bottles of water, not as cold but easier to work with.

Couldn’t imagine total knee replacement surgery without the Iceman!

I have the adapter to use the universal pads on both knees at the same time. This machine provides the best pain relief. Only downside is that we are purchasing soooooo much ice.
