I ordered the DonJoy iceman size small shoulder pad after trying to make the universal pad work for upcoming shoulder surgery. I am petite and the universal pad was very uncomfortable. The small shoulder pad arrived very quickly, sooner than expected, and is the perfect size and shape for a small frame. Very grateful for the efficient customer service and quick delivery! Used it three times to practice and so far so good…no leaks, as others have stated, and good circulation.

This product is leaking after just one week of use. I have used DonJoy iceman wraps before and hope that this defective product can be replaced or refunded.
