Pleased with purchase

So far this brace has been much more comfortable for me than the short Breg brace with two straps and internal hinges that I was given from the orthopedist. I am 5’2, 110 lbs, and ordered a size S. I was just between XS and S on measurements, but decided to go with S because my quad muscles are quite atrophied right now 2 weeks after ACL surgery, and I want this to fit as I hopefully regain strength. I find the larger opening around the knee on the wrap around brace to be much more comfortable than the smaller, circular opening on my Breg brace. I also have a high grade MCl tear, and occasionally this brace does put a little pressure over the MCL and make it a little sore, but overall I am finding this brace much preferable. I don’t think there is any brace out there that is going to be comfortable to wear for 8 hours at a time, just have to take breaks out of them.

Very comfortable

I am pleased with the playmaker 2 wraparound brace. It is very comfortable to wear under or on top of thin layers. I initially tried the Don joy force point but it gapped at the knee and the hinges were placed very far forward and painful on my knee. This brace has been a perfect fit! I measured for a small and was close to a medium but bought the small. It fits the tightest at the thigh but I am only 5”1”, I am very pleased with the fit, a medium would have been too big.
