Genius Pre for Clean Energy, Focus, and Performance 

so far its a 1. my preworkout arrived sealed undamsged but the contents were as hard as a rock with the scoop and moisture packet hardened inside! the worst part Genius has ignored my many emails and support link contact attempts. also, i drcided to order this directly through genious wdbsite since the last time i purchssed through amazon, the pre arrived the exact same way! what are the odds? exactly, not high unless QC is so bad with this brand!

Horrible customer service

I’ve received an order of the pre-workout and it came rock hard. I received a replacement with the same issue and they still have yet to get back to me on getting a replacement again after several attempts on my end. Complete headache of a customer service experience.

Sour cherry is awful tasting. Doesn’t fully dissolve in water leaving a chalky texture.
