I have had two knee replacements on the same knee. I have a drawer full of ice packs in all shapes and sizes. This is the best one I’ve ever tried. I am tall and 20 big enough for my long legs. It wraps around plenty of extra to spare! The ice stays cold for a very, very long time. The Velcro stays functional forever! No complaints here!
