Well worth the $5.00

My rib order was scheduled to be delivered on Friday but was delayed by UPS. Due to the MLK holiday it was not delivered until the next Tuesday and was no longer safe to consume after being on the road for 8 days. POM was super responsive and send a replacement order 2nd Day Air at no cost. The people at POM are wonderful to deal with. I'll do more ordering through them.
