Ancestral Blend Ground Beef

This is some of the best ancestral ground beef I have ever eaten. It has a premium rich flavor with quality at its highest level. It browned very nicely while cooking and left little grease in the pan. The meat arrived perfectly packed and ice cold. We are a family that does not like liver so we decided to try this to see if we could sneak it in. It does hide it really well, but there’s still an essence of liver. . If you really really don’t like liver it’s still hard to eat, but I think it’s a really good product for anybody who doesn’t over think it. I will continue to buy other products from this company though very good quality meat!
