Amazing spinach
Not just for the added color but it is a superb spinach for fresh eating and cooking. Great texture. New favorite

A Beauty to Behold
This was a first for me and Red Tabby. It is all it promises. Quick, large leaves, but the beauty is something to behold. Serve with Detroit Red beets on your next salad with some goat cheese and cranberries! Gourmet meal!

Deep green!
By chance decided to give Red Tabby a try in my garden last year. Not sure what to expect I was delighted with the sturdy structure as well as the beautiful dual colors of deep green with red stem. Makes a statement in salads.
It overwintered as well as my usual Bloomsdale here in Ohio. Since this experiment Red Tabby is a regular with my seed order. Please keep the seed available!
