Yoshihiro Hi Soft High Performance Professional Grade Cutting Board

Bought this thinking there was going to be a handle slot, but I’m even more pleased it doesnt. I have a butcher block but I find myself using this a lot more often. It does stain pretty easy, but doesnt bother me much. I do recommend brushing it once in a while instead of a sponge. I use a tawashi brush and it cleans pretty thoroughly.

This is my third Hi Soft board. My knives love them. I like the substantial weight and wood core. It’s perfect for raw fish or any other raw flesh.

The cutting board is great. It definitely makes everyday chopping much easier on the hands with a much smoother cut.
