Love the Product - Disappointed with delivery and damaged product

I have ordered this and other products from Puremedy several times before and have been quite satisfied with the ordering process, transit time for delivery and the products themselves. With this particular order, I received 3 jars one of which the box was damaged, the lid was open and the glass had cracked with pieces in the ointment as well as the box. I sent an email on Dec. 26th with this information as well as photos showing the damaged jar of ointment and a request to have the damaged jar replaced and sent to me. I have yet to receive any response from Puremedy.

Just Calendula is no longer just calendula at all!!!!!!!!!!

I used to love this product until the recipe changed and added a bunch of other unnecessary stuff that my skin doesn’t like. Like putting on Vaseline. All grease and no healing. Terrible decision to change the recipe!

Not as good as it used to be

I purchased this product years ago and finally used the last of it. The bottle I have is called 100% Natural Salve and the first ingredient listed is Calendula. It worked extremely well on healing skin irritations. I couldn’t find it on the website so I called and spoke to a rep on two different occasions and was told it’s now called Herbal Ointment. However, Calendula is now listed as the last ingredient and Olive oil is the first. Both times I called I was assured it is the same product and works the same. Well I can tell you, it does not work like the formula of the 100% salve. It’d be cheaper to just rub Olive oil from my kitchen on my skin. I feel like to cut costs they’ve gone cheap on this product. I’m very disappointed and will not buy it again.
