I filled out my pet portal and the website wouldn't allow me to click "next". I reached out for assistance, but got no reply. Kept fighting the website, gave up, and sent my sample anyway. I have gotten absolutely no information and no one seemed to feel it was necessary to return my request for help. I'm very disappointed that I spent all this money on a test that I got absolutely nothing out of.

Results were hard to understand and I was under the impression that a consult or even written supportive feedback was included with the purchase of the box. It is an add on.

Underwhelmed

I was underwhelmed with the info from the report. Said there is nothing wrong with my dog's gut but she continues to have constant diarrhea and bloating. I did not buy the products due to report being negative. Waste of time.
