The Atlantic Salam Filets was a nice thick portion. It had a bright pick color and a great flavor.

Excellent Salmon

Easy broil or pan sear with a topping of bourbon and honey flavored sauce, or anything else you favor. Just don't overcook as this salmon is so juicy and flavorful it doesn't want to be over cooked. It doesn't get any better than this.

It’s easy to order. No problems. Haven’t eaten the salmon yet nor the lobster but they look fabulous. Well packed and very fast delivery. I will order from them again. A great company.
