Perfectly packaged, worms all seemed to be healthy & most importantly alive. Introduced them to 3 raised garden beds and with 48 hours they were doing their work.

Worms came right on time and very active and healthy. Much better than other worm companies that I have ordered in the past were the worms came dehydrated. Much better for the worms and the buyer to get them thriving not shriveled.

Box damaged, but happy worms

As described and they seemed very lively and happy. Got here (Alaska) relatively quick. However, when we picked up the package from the USPS parcel locker, the box had been damaged, like it was crushed or something, leaving a gaping opening under the tape. Several worms had escaped. Pakcaging could be a bit more secure, I suppose. I appreciate that there was some bedding with them though!
