Using the 3.0 under the light recipe is a great way to set up my autos for breakthrough and healthy soil ready for the rest of the cycle. Easy for my beginner level. Thanks

Eat your Wheaties if you pick up containers to check for watering over 20 gallons, other then that this stuff is amazing, buy some craft blend Q-20 and recharge is all you need, but the coco nut and alavera powders add flavor in my opinion, I also add gnarley barley, kashie blend and build a bloom and veg in small amounts
