Full resonance and liveliness.

Upright bass player here. I have had the original nut and steel saddles replaced to GraphTechs on my No.1. Fender Jazz Bass about 10 years ago: I absolutely love them! The sound has opened up and become much higher quality in general: All the wood in the instrument resonates far much better. Silkier, more punch, wider dynamic range, better intonation. Based on my experinces above, I have ordered and received the GraphTech saddles for my No.2. JB. Hopefully I will have the time to have them replaced in Sept. Also, I have the six-stringer/BassVI itch, so if I pick up any of those, I am pretty sure I will have the saddles and the nut replaced on those as well. Thany You so much!

Significant improvement

I bought 2 sets of these for my Sire Marcus Miller V5 and Sire Marcus Miller M2, basses. Very pleased with the results. Stable and accurate intonation much easier to achieve and sustain and clarity improved.

Second purchase

I was so pleased with the first set, I bought another set for another bass.
