Great grain free alternative

I am a nutritional healing doctor and I do not recommend any grains (Gluten or non- gluten) or dairy to anyone. Bread has been one of the harderts things to find with these criteria. I have been waiting for a bread like this without canola oil or cornsstarch or other unhealthy ingredients. I only wish the slices were a little bigger.
