Best Sockeye we have Ever eaten!

Theis came fresh and immediately went on the Traeger Irpnwood at 250 degrees with hickory pellets. We glazed the fillets at 125 degrees with Unsalted butter and 1/4 cup of Vermont Maple Syrup. We pulled the fillets at 130 degrees. Melt in you mouth goodness!

Sockeye-Yes, King-No

Received the fish in good condition. The King Salmon was disappointing--=almost no flavor and mushy. Have had better salmon from COSTCO The Sockeye, on the other hand was excellent. Good texture, flavor etc. Also have LOX from previous order and they are also excellent.
