Love Colonna Olice Oil

We visited the Colonna olive farm a number of years ago while attending a cooking school in Italy. It was the first time I had an extensive olive oil tasting and saw first hand the care that went into the production of the flavored oils. I was hooked and was so glad to find a source of many of the oils at Uncommon Gourmet. I use a lot of the basil, lemon, mustard, and truffle oils in my cooking. Ordering through Uncommon Gourmet was easy with prompt delivery. I will continue to order through them for the oils and also the balsamic pearls which are yummy.
