I simply love using the balsamic pearls with a splash of olive oil and a few leaves of fresh oregano on slices of tomatoes. So much so that I am giving some for Christmas gifts this year.

I enjoy on cheeses, a real treat that bursts on my palate and makes me feel like eating it by the spoonful.
