Wusthof Classic Ikon Black 7" (17cm) Santoku Knife - Hollow Edge

I saw a review in Wirecutter rating the Wusthof as "unparalleled" for sharpness and handling. That has been my experience. I have hardly touched another knife since it arrived! I intend on buying some other Wusthof knives soon.
