We are extremely pleased with the 3.5" Wusthof paring knife. It is very well balanced, comfortable to hold and slices very well. We also purchased two 6" Wusthof utility knives which we are also very happy with. We hope to purchase more Wusthof knives in the future as our other sized knives require replacing.
