When I purchased this knife I got a notice telling me it would be shipped Canada Post Well I waited and waited but no delivery I eventuality contacted Kitchen Smart Customer Support who immediately dealt with the problem and sent me a “replacement” overnight What wonderful service in these difficult times I have since ordered more items from Kitchen Smart and will continue to support a Company like Kitchen Smart who to me puts the Customer first Again, Many Thanks for the wonderful Customer Support Jim H.....
