Knife sharpening class

I highly recommend the knife sharpening class at Seisuke Knife. The class is small so everyone gets the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the instructor. The instructor, Devin, was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough, covering all points of beginning knife sharpening. I was fortunate to be able to sharpen my own knife during the class so came away with a beautifully sharpened knife and the skills and tools to keep it maintained. Thank you Seisuke Knife for offering such a valuable class.

Found this store after doing some research online. Great selection of beautiful knives that all vary in price. The staff very polite and very helpful when I had any questions. Walked out with my first Japanese knife and a whetstone, will definitely be coming back.
