Next to the package being completely damaged, ripped up and destroyed. Very unprofessionally sent to me. I spent a ton of money on shipping fees to only have a box destroyed when I got it. But overall after I took it out of the box and built the rig, I'm completely satisfied. Very happy with the product. We're very happy with the end result.
