the attachment is working out great! but since you are asking, can you recommend a product to use to possibly lubricate the post as im expecting that it may need it eventually. thanks paul cecconi

Lat pulldown

The box that came with it was all beat up, after fully inspecting the product it came out fine. Been using it for about 2 weeks and it’s amazing for upper body. No loud noises at all. Definitely recommend
