Strength Training Resistance Band Combo - 10-95 lbs

Love the variety I ordered! I can do so many more strength workouts and not just the ones with dumbbells. I can use resistance bands now too!

The bands are a little slick, so they don't grip surfaces as much, but on the other hand it will help reduce breakage.

Easy to use, no excuses!

These bands along with the informative videos are a welcome addition to my exercise routine which needs all the help it can get. Thanks!
