Pins are not flush....

Pins are not flush. They are set above the wood scales. Enough you can feel when in use, or catch when cleaning. Sent them back to be "fixed or replaced" they came back better but still not flush. Touched base with Danny again and his reply was "For the repair, there's only so much we can do without possibly harming the wooden handle on the knife." Asked if all thier inventory had the same manufacturing error or if that was within the company's accepted tolerance.... no reply. I like the design and the thought of buying from a family owned company. I work for a small family owned company, and they are becoming fewer every day and need support. It is unfortunate that there is a premium price on inferior quality products. I am glad I only purchased a couple vs the whole set as I had thought about.
