Great size for an omelette. This skillet, as well as all the other pots, pans and skillets I've purchased from Heritage Steel have been fantastic. I REALLY like that they heat evenly and they are very easy to clean.

Great to cook with

This is my third pan that I’ve purchased and I love it ! It evenly cooks food, and cleans easily. I always heat the pan first, then add a thin layer of oil, let that heat and then add food - I think this helps the pan be more non stick and helps it stay nice looking longer and helps when cleaning.

The heating is even, and using the Leidenfrost effect creates a great non-stick surface.
