It was not what I expected. The odd tuna I had eaten in the past was lightly seared and was not covered in black sesame seeds while yours was all right. It was just not what I was thinking it would be.

Without a doubt some of the best Tuna Tataki I've ever had outside of Japan. Even though frozen at purchase, when thawed, the tuna is fresh with most delicous seasoning! A great appretizer if you can limit yourself to just a few pieces. My compliments!
