Fully Adjustable Haworth Zody Chair

A great chair at a great price!

Chair arrived with slight damage to the arm, but customer service quickly sent a replacement arm. I only deducted one star because there were no instructions included on how to assemble the chair (or replace the arm)- but i found a video on line to help with that.

I normally wouldn't have been able to afford a chair of this quality for my office but this site made it possible. FedEx had an issue with delivery but the store immediately handled it professionally. Would recommend again.

Great product, great customer service

The chair we ordered arrived promptly and was reasonably-priced. It did arrive with some cosmetic damages from shipping, but the customer service team responded immediately, after hours, and shipped us new parts to replace the damaged ones. 10/10 will buy from them again.
