Such an amazing NEIPA

The kit was so easy to follow and has produced my favourite beer to date. I ended up using it with Omega Cosmic Punch yeast and the resulting flavour is insane. Thanks to BeerCo for putting this together. I'll definitely be grabbing this one again.

A great NEIPA

I was a bit apprehensive about the amount of hops in this one! Once brewed it suggests drinking fresh. It's pretty good but has a lot of up front bitterness. However after leaving for 10 days in the fridge, it came out amazing. The bitterness up front had softened well and the taste was perfect for the style. Colour was a deep orange, much like a fruit juice. An excellent beer that I would highly recommend to anyone!
