Fantastic for Molasses - Fast and Reliable.
This yeast is fantastic for molasses! It easily yeilds about 8% over a 72 hour period at 30 degrees, but left for longer and pushed warmer it develops a bunch of esters and complexity. Keep the pH around 4.5,
add nutrient and mix hard to oxygenate.
