Hazy trucker

This was my first brew flying solo. Made a few mistakes along the way but managed to pull through in the end. Early flavor tests suggest this is gonna be a very tasty hoppy beer. I look forward to giving this recipe a crack again real soon.

First ever brew!

Great variety on Beerco, and if you’re in Melbourne, shipping is incredible (got my grain bill and a carboy in less then a week during lockdown) For a first time brewer, Instructions to brew were really clear, and also left room for you to add you own ‘spin’ on how you like to brew. I split the batch in half to give myself a couple of ‘test’ batches and figure out any foibles. I tried my first beer last night, and admittedly my gravity was a bit high and due to first timing it, I’ve possibly oxidized the beer in the dry-hopping and bottling process. Putting aside some rookie errors, when you get this beer right, I’m sure it’s going to be a ripper. Thanks for supplying and will 100% be ordering my next batch through you guys.

Worth a try

A great purchase. My first NEIPA. Fruity and well balanced without excesive bitterness. The aroma wasn't as fruity as I expected but that may be my dry hopping technique. Worth a try
