Large Champlain (classic) Wooden Bowl

Beautiful product and excellent customer service

I received one of these beautiful salad bowls as a wedding gift but it arrived with a small crack. I called the store and they were extremely apologetic, and said they'd be happy to send me a new one immediately, which they did. Beautiful product and excellent customer service.

Damaged gift box & no reply from customer service

The bowl itself was lovely, but I am dissapointed that I paid for the gift box option which arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service about this and as of now (2 weeks later) haven't heard back from anyone. Sadly, the quality of the gift box, coupled with the subsequent lack of followup from customer service has led to a less than 5 star rating.

A wedding gift. Have given this bowl, servers, and wood oil as wedding gifts four times so far, with more weddings to come. Such a lovely gift.
